Regardless of what producers in Canada or the US promise the engine and trucking industry, facts are facts. No one can predict with great accuracy future fluctuations in DEF related commodity prices associated with urea. It is one price today and another tomorrow that is the inherent nature of the commodities business. If China or India significantly increases demand for urea (as occurred in China 1996-1997), DEF costs will rise accordingly irrespective of what any producer tells the industry. Air2Nitrous™ Rich and Lean,
Low and High

Your engines will operate more smoothly as issues of ‘rich and lean’ fuel will be dealt with upstream (prior to combustion). What reaches the catalytic convertor is a more stable or constant air-fuel ratio within the stoichiometric point. This applies equally as your engine transitions between ‘low and high’ load conditions. This ensures the life of your catalytic convertor, the ECU and oxygen sensors are extended beyond normal use i.e., without the aid of Air2Nitrous™ technology.

When using Air2Nitrous™ technology NO longer will your catalytic conversion efficiency fall when the engine is operated outside of the stoichiometric air-fuel ratios.

Since our technology is located upstream (before combustion) it will have already effectively reduced a majority of nitrogen oxides, oxidized most carbon monoxide and oxidized most hydrocarbons. This in turn reduces stress on all diesel retrofit devices (catalytic converts, SCR, EGR systems, DPF’s and DOC’s), thereby extending the various devices working life and adding to the end-users bottom line.
